Our Process

First, we cut 8 inches of the wick. Then we tied one end onto a pencil and the other end onto a candle weight. Next, we Dipped it into our heated and colored wax. All we had to do was then center it onto a rinsed out milk carton.

Using a measuring cup we dipped and poured into each carton and set them in a safe place to let cool.

The final step was to tear off the milk cartons and use a soft cloth rub over the outside of the candle to soften and shine it up. Everyone was delighted with their handcrafted candle. There was so much excitement, we didn't document the moment. Thank you "Running with Sisters, " for letting us use your milk carton candle image.
