First roll out light weight water color paper and mist so the paper is wet.

Use warm colors for one and cool for the others.  This pic is from the tutorial fromom's Crafty Space.

When the paper dries you have to soak them in vegetable oil to make them translucent. After drying....it takes a while.....roll them around a mason jor. Again this pic was borrowed from Mom's crafty space. You really need to see her tutorial

Tie with ribbon and drop in a flameless light. Becasue my luminaries were still very oily, we did not use tea lights! But this is what the luminaires from Mom's Crafty Space looks like. http://www.momscraftyspace.com/
