Colonial Dance

New England Contra Dancing was all the rage. But newly proclaimed Americans wanted to keep the dances but not the names, so old dances were renamed like, "The Virginia Reel." Students had so much fun bowing, curtsying, and do-si-doe'n to the Virginia Reel.

Our Dance

The greatest moments on stage across the country.

The students had the profound pleasure of working with guest artist, Evo Bluestien, who taught specifically fifth grade to dance. This was made possible bye   the Fresno County Art's Partners. But that experience lived on as all the children learn to love square dancing, Fifth graders each year since has enjoyed learning and performing Colonial Dances.

We have had 20,000 visitors as of 1/1/2020
