Blossoms & Bees

Kinder's Find Signs of Spring

Kinders found Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree; I just LOVE SPRING!

I looked out the window and what did I see?
Popcorn popping on the apricot tree.
Spring has brought me such a nice surprise:
Blossoms popping right before my eyes.
I can take an armful and make a treat,
A popcorn ball that would smell so sweet.
It wasn't really so,
But it seemed to me
Popcorn popping on the apricot tree

Students draw branches from the arrangements on the table, and exmine the blossoms. The count how many petals are found on the blossom, and how many blossoms found on a branch. Then they put dots of glue along their branches to match those in their still lifes.

The Busy Bees by Kinders

Kinders classified colors into warm and cool groups. We used warm colors for our bees and flowers

We have had 20,000 visitors as of 1/1/2020
