Sketchbook Keeping to Picture Your World

Sketchbook keeping is what artists do. Its a visual diary of what you see, what you think, what you wonder. You, the artist draw what you want to remember, or imagine, or just practice to get better at your craft.  Many famous artists kept sketchbooks. In this unit, you will see examples of famous artists who kept sketchbooks to record their ideas, impressions, work out big pictures or sculptures. Their art started with ideas and a sketch. What will you do with your sketchbook?
